[LUAU] Apps.gov -- A model for FOSS distribution?

Perhaps they should post all the available FOSS apps at Apps.gov as well as
the commercial apps.  Especially the the ones listed here
http://www.opensourcewindows.org/.  It is a government web site it not favor
one solution over the other.
