I thought I had posted the fix. Here it is:
Unplug the power and take the cover off the box.
Locate the jumper near the bios.
Move it to the other position.
Leave the box open and plug it in, start the computer.
Change the BIOS setting. Save BIOS.
Unplug the box.
Move the jumper to the original position.
Plug box back in. Start it up and check to make sure it works.
Note that the color of the BIOS screen changes when you change jumper
positions. That is normal.
Make sure to bring needle nose pliers as the box is very tight to work in.
