I haven't used any of them, but my last Friendship House music dead-tree catalogue ( http://friendshiphouse.com/music.html ) had three or four different programs, a few of which seemed to target the young musician.

You might also, if you haven't already, try asking on the ACDA ( http://www.acdaonline.org/ ) forum or on one of the other music-association mailinglist/websites.
