[luau] SUSE 8.2 & Apache

I recently moved from Mandrake to SUSE 8.2 and am clueless as to how to get 
the Apache webserver working. I have all the neccessary packages installed, 
but when I try to access the webserver through 127.0.0.1 or my IP address, I 
get an error message saying "Could not connect to host 127.0.0.1". Undet 
YaST, I see no option to control services (like in Mandrake) so I have no 
clue how to check if the server is even running. Help!
