Also, if you could clarify for me the question Senator Aduja asked
yesterday about the functionality of Open Office.  My understanding of it
is that while it has the "basic" functions of office for the average
user, for more advanced users, such as those who write their own codes
and macros, it has only about 80% of the features that Microsoft office
does.

Thank you very much.  Also, just FYI, but we'll be deciding on the
resolution on Thursday.
