It is common knowledge in the office environment where I work to "clean" MS
office 2k documents before sending them outside the firm. We have one-
click scripts to extract and/or remove all meta data and form/field
information from the document, or it can be done interactively. I don't
know if we have any automatic tools to do this for them so I assume you
have to rely on the user to do actually do it. Probably not a good
assumption. I know we have a policy of not sending attachments larger
then 8MB outside and no one listens to that.
