[luau] subnet problem

hi Todd, I basically have one linux machine which has Apache and the
Firewall installed on it.  This machine also acts as the gateway to the
other machines.  The machines behind the gateway (3 other machines) only
has Tomcat installed on it.  Using Mod_jk and a workers.properties file,
Apache "distributes" the work to the tomcat machines (each machine has one
instance of the same web application).  The gateway machine is connected
to a hub (I dont think its a router).
