[luau] PHP and RedHat

RedHat recently released the below errata for PHP and provided updated
PHP rpms. The version of the PHP that RedHat provided is still 4.0.6. I
would think that RedHat applied patches to 4.0.6 and the upgraded rpms
_do_not_ have the reported bugs that seem apply to 4.0.6.

So are the RedHat PHP rpms safe to run, or should one manually upgrade
to 4..1.2?
