[luau] Filter the Web with SquidGuard

The need for censorship is a reflection of the health of our civilization!
Have we learned nothing from the past 1000 years? I was teaching a class
of girls in the spring and gave them their own boxed version of SUSE. At
that time a couple of them went looking for their web page www.suse.org...

What they found were "organs" allright! Now it is just a webmenu page.

As for SquidGuard, a great app, fast and complete.
