[luau] disabling iptables

thanks Ben, I think I have the firewall down now and it is still not
functioning correctly.  Someone mentioned that I should use tcpdump and
try to do a little puzzle solving from that.  I can actually see something
going on in tcpdump regarding the client that can't reach the webserver
(gotta read up on tcpdump).  I also just realized that the LAN can't
access the webserver and vice-versa.
