Mailbox Conversion - Assistance Needed

Well done, Warren.  Seriously.  Thanks for all the work.  I'd love to 
volunteer to help with a script, but I am too much of a yutz.  I can 
only express my sincerest gratitude to you for being up until 1:30 
working on this.
