Mailing List Capacity Reached! CRAP!

Warren, props to you for all your effort, we sincerely appreciate it.

as for the issues at hand, here's what i think: 

- i like mailman
- doesn't matter to me where it's hosted
- drop the name LUAU and go take a vote among this list
between ALOHA, GLUUG, or MPLUG.  Those are the names already in existence,
those are the names we ought to choose from.
