Audience targetting at ITEC

Just an extremely minor comment, and  I  am sure someone must have 
thought about that already.

There will be, as has always been, some scouts from local VCs.  It may 
be equally important to project an impression, or have a can answer, as 
to why the VCs should not ignore open-source projects.

Also I am sure most of us are aware that our (Hawaii) legislature passed 
a law in 1999 which gives full (i.e., 100%) tax credit for investment in 
local software ventures.
