Music biz wants tougher DMCA, CPRM 2 to protect copyright

There is a thing called fair use it is encoded into copyright law-but it is
just that a right granted by congress not by the constitution.

What the music industry is doing is trying to get that right revoked.

The MPAA & Disney have never accepted the fair use doctrine set by the
supreme court
