road runner account set up

Cool Thank you. Now I know the options :) I'm tying to use it under the
Mac OS as well as PPCLinux (g3 powerbook). I used netscape to access POP
based email on both Linux and Mac side which adds something familer to
OS hopping.

 The scary thng I noticed about roadrunner is that all their account
managment activity is not secure at all. So much so that I'm reluctant
to use it. What's the danger besides someone taking over my email
account(s)?  I keep the powerbook unpluged and shutdown when I'm not
using.
