try editing /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 to include
the client ID assigned to you by RR.
Example:
DEVICE=eth0
HOSTNAME=<whatevas>
BOOTPROTO=dhcp
DHCPCLIENTID=<whatever they gave you>
ONBOOT=yes
USERCTL=no
don't forget to restart the network daemon
# /etc/rc.d/init.d/network restart
see if that works,
