DHCP & Cable modem

Hi Chris,

I had the same problem with RH 6.2 and had to switch from using pumpd 
(the distro's default) to dhcpcd (the old reliable).  I'm about to 
upgrade the server mentioned to 7.1 and will probably still have to 
sidestep pumpd.
