This board may be helpful, especially if you don't plan on using the onboard 64bit SCSI RAID controller.

Though they say this board wont require the 460 watt power supply, I highly suggest buying at least 400W. Perhaps dual 300W would be more effective if it is compatible.

X-bit Labs has posted some very yummy specs and a picture of the upcomming TYAN Tiger MP (S2460) mainboard....and yes...it is time to get excited.....because this may very well be exactly what a lot of you have been waiting for....an affordable dual Athlon board....it's based on the ALL AMD dual processor chipset....the AMD 760MP (AMD-762 north bridge, AMD-766 south bridge)...and houses Four 184-pin 2.5-volt DDR DIMM sockets for Registered DDR RAM modules...including ECC....hey..i'm sorry....but it's hard not to get very excited over this board...we're talking about a price of only US$250...so if you're interested in this puppy...www.ENPC.com is taking pre-orders....shipping is slated for mid-August....here's a quote from X-bit Labs:

We received a word about a new AMD 760MP based dual-processor Socket A mainboard from TYAN, Tiger MP (S2460), which is to start shipping in mid-August. Let us remind you that Tiger MP will be the third Dual Athlon mainboard from TYAN. It is supposed to become the most attractive member of the family thanks to its comparatively low price. Tiger MP is equipped with no SCSI or LAN controllers as well as graphics adapter, so it should be pricing at about $250. At this price you can order this mainboard in advance at the on-line shop ENPC.COM.
While the other mainboard makers break their heads over the difficulties of Dual Athlon boards creation, TYAN remains the only provider of such solutions.
The future buyers of Tiger MP (S2460) will be glad to know that unlike its predecessors, this mainboard won't require special 460W power supply units with an elaborate power outs.
