Rant about Windoze

Hi,

I use windows at work, NT 4.0. I'm forced to use Autocad Architectural
Desktop, no linux version. Also lan uses Novell software. Autocad is
network version that runs only with Novell Netware. =:) Funny yeah? That
computer only has Autocad and Novell on it.

I use windows at home, Windows 2000/ME/98. Nero buring rom, webshots screen
saver, dvdsoft, Half-life game, Webcam32, IE, Outlook express, ftpcom.

I use windows at work because that's what they give me. Autocad, sorry to
say is the industry standard for CADD. I have to exchange files with other
Architects/Engineers. I use windows at home because of pure Lazyness.
Basically the windows computer is on for my webcam, so I just open the
outlook express.

I also use redhat 7, it's dual booting with windows. I also use LRP and
caldera open desktop. Caldera has the wheel mouse running great right out
of the box. I use netscape & lynx with cable modem/ethernet connection to
internet. I also play with LOAF on a single disk. Awesome little toy!
Only that everytime you reboot you have to type in all the network settings.

Kevin
