[LUAU] modem

First atz resets the modem to factory defaults, it should work fine after
doing that.

Actually I used to use minicom to connect with a site, exit minicom
without a reset, then fire up pppd, worked great.  Though I mentioned
minicom and seyon was mentioned earlier just to test the working operation
of the modem.
