Look in recent editions of Linux Weekly News; I know they mentioned the
new law which makes such contracts easier to enforce, and it wouldn't
surprise me at all if they had references to more mainstream
publications. From what I can tell, just about all of the people in the
open source movement are saying "What a horrible, idiotic law. What a
Huge Win for OS!"
