[LUAU] Another Bylaw to Chew On

Folks,

One thing is certain,  we are having discussion 
regarding this one particular topic [and thet is
GOOD....]

I am glad that Jimen, Ron & I am in agreement re:
sponsors

I am glad that Zach, Daniel & I are in agreement at
the repulsiveness of dues [& would vote against such]

I am glad that George, Mike & I am in agreement that
there is need for funding special projects and [in the 
future forming some Non-profit org {when needed}]


Personally, I cannot see the group ever doing dues unless
we grow over 1,500.  Then [even if we had corporate &
other sponsors & donators] we might [note might] need to
have a small due [or instead have an entrance fee] to pay 
for a place we [would then] need to rent.

With all the types of sponsorships, philantropies, ways of 
getting donations,  dues should be the last thing on our 
minds at present [if ever].  

Again, I believe we have the RIGHT KIND of people who 
can get things done [when they want] &
can figure out ways to do it with what resources they have
& use them to their fullest.  If we are not creative then why 
are we in Linux?

But a great dialogue nontheless....
