[LUAU] Another Bylaw to Chew On

I have to agree with Zach on this one.  If linux is a free operating
system (free beer), why should people be requried to pay for an education
of this free OS?  It simply doesn't make sense.  I'm willing to make
donations for a good cause, but I'm not paying dues.

I understand the need for money, who doesn't need money.  But we need to
keep our eyes on the prize.  I think John and Ron are on the right track.
There are other ways to create an income for LUAU.  Dues should NOT be an
option on that list.
