The threat to both Software Freedom , and Human Freedom, is the

process, where corporations are winning because they have one less

Now, let's resurrect a little noticed factoid:
For what, was Will-I-Am Gates "knighted" by the Queen of England?
Do you think that could possibly be the stamp of approval where he
was accepted into the Illuminati club? What did he do that served their 
interests in opposition to the interests of the people? He kept the 
most used software easily infectable so that amongst all the infections 
and spyware, you won't notice them spying on you. Infectable computers 
also make great bot-armies for the delivery of SPAM to YOUR mailbox.

Well, we now have to ask what their real agenda is, other than 
MAINTAINING their status as the ACTUAL rulers of Ter-Ra. And, zooming 
out another quantum, if the APPARENT "heads" of APPARENT "states" are 
mere bought-and-paid-for puppets of the Illuminati surface-dwelling 
Human ACTUAL rulers, are they the top of the puppetmaster chain?

You say you'd prefer to leave those Flying Objects UNidentified...
then think about the fact that it is not just the
Military Industrial Extraterrestrial Complex and the
Education Research Complex of corporations and black budgets
which have factioned and are now in the final battle for control of 
Ter-Ra... this is also about who will remain rich and in-control 
throughout and after the process of our acceptance into the Galactic 
Family of space-faring races.

Say what? The BIGGEST question facing humanity is:

Will we join the space-faring races as a sovereign race?
will individuals within our race have individual sovereignty?
or will we end up individual or racial slaves of others,
possibly those 13 Illuminati families who are the current 
representatives on Ter-Ra of extra-Ter-Ra-estrial "interests".

You cannot understand the reasons for things until you zoom out far 
enough to find the actual cause. NOTHING on this planet happens by 
accident. So, Dorothy, just follow the Yellow Brick (Au) road, wearing 
your Silver (Ag) Slippers to Emerald City where the GreenBacks live, 
and the Big Brother / POTUS is just a scary Matrix Feed to keep us 
under the control of the puppetmaster(s)...

So, if we REMAIN enslaved as we have been for thousands of years to 
FALSE "god"s, then "free" software hasn't a snowball's chance in hell.
ONLY if WE as SOULS wake-up and smell the tyranny, and say "NO!" to it,
is there any chance "free software" will finally 
replace "commercialware", but then along with that, we need to replace 
the existing UNACCOUNTABLE Corporations with a world in which 
Corporations are no longer able to "externalize" their costs for their 
profits.

If you want freedom as a soul incarnate in a body, and you want that 
body to be able to use computers running empowerment software rather 
than enslavement software, then the world and we must choose that it's 
more important for everyone to have it good, (gee, perhaps because we 
ARE all one?), than for the individual to have it good through owning 
UNCONSCIONABLE Corporations which either:
Profit From Usury
or
Profit From War
(gee, why are "we" at war with the one religion prohibiting usury?)

There is only one war going on on planet earth, the same one mentioned 
in Genesis as one of the false gods prohibited our enlightenment and 
freedom while another encourages it: What is to be the fate of 
Humanity?

SOME of the godS who genetically engineered humans wanted us to be a 
dumb slave race.
SOME of the godS who genetically engineered humans wanted us to be a 
sovereign race.
Many of the souls NOW incarnate in the progeny of those genetically 
engineered bodies, ARE some of those ETs who created these bodies.

If you can pull your head out of what you believe you believe (The 
Matrix Feed) long enough to contemplate this, you may see the whole:
Regardless any other labels we assign to entites, and regardless what 
type body they incarnate into or even those without physical bodies,
do we choose to live in a galaxy of:
Obediance to Order (The (so-called) "light" hierarchy)
Conflict and Chaos (The (so-called) "dark" hierarchy)
Order Out of Chaos (The Illuminati / NWO), or
Individual Sovereignty (Divine Beings)?

Now, which software suits which reality?
ONLY FLOSS is compatible with Sovereignty.
FLOSS can also be called Software for Sovereigns... 
those who are not under the control of others. 

In Sovereignty, you owe no one anything until you either contract with 
them or damage them, matters over which you have ABSOLUTE free will. 
Anything else you "give" to others is "a gift" without strings 
attached, except perhaps, GPL3... which guarantees you too can be a 
sovereign in your gifting of your patches to the FLOSS community.

Now, the original subject of this thread was "recent judicial actions" 
and the probabilities of "future judicial actions".  The 
ENTIRE "American" "judicial" system is without question illegal, 
corrupt, and 100% fraudulent. If you disagree, then you need to do more

Once you understand that "in court" there are only creditors and 
debtors, and that the debtor always loses, because there is nothing but 
commerce (Uniform Commercial Code / Admiralty: is International), then 
you realize that you DON'T want to play-out your battles in court 
unless you are the Creditor in the dispute. If you're not the Creditor,
and cannot find a way to put yourself in that status through contracts 
(think: GPL3), then you're not going to win.

Either inside or outside the court, $$ buys judgements (corruption), and 
that brings us back to the CURRENT equality of both flesh-and-blood 
humans, and UNaccountable Corporations, before the law, or in court... 
how can you wage any battle against corporations when THEY profit on 
the "money" you'll need to fight them with? (think (it ain't) Federal 
(and they have only 1%) Reserve CORPORATION.

This battle can ONLY be won on the spiritual level, because that's what 
it really is... a battle for the destiny of the souls of humanity:
Slaves or Sovereigns?

It starts with asking why judges issue this edict in court cases:
"If you bring up The Constitution again, or your Constitutional Rights 
again in this court, I'll have you thrown in jail for Contempt of 
Court!" That, right there, tells you that what you were programmed with 
by the broadcast media and the state indoctrination and brainwashing 
centers (PUBLIC "education"), i.e. The Matrix Feed, is nearly opposite 
the truth of the real world. The answer MUST be either or both of:
"They (the "judges") are in violation of their oath of office", (so have 
them removed), OR, YOU have no constitutional rights, IN COURT.

Then you'll want to ask how you, the incarnate soul in a (presumably) 
human body, were turned into the security (collateral) for a cestui que 
trust CORPORATION, which has the same name as you, only it, being a 
corporation, MUST be presented in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. Now, pull out 
your "driver's 'license'", and notice the licensed driver is a 
corporation, not the flesh and blood human which carries a divine soul.

Until YOU, and YOU, and YOU... AS INDIVIDUALS,
choose to exit CORPORATE status (the Mark of The Beast),
YOU ARE the problem because you directly support that beast,
("the Beast from Jekyll Island"), i.e. you have
(yes, probably both innocently and ignorantly) VOLUNTARILY been 
supporting to enslave you, rather than stepping out of the system
(turn on (broadband internet), tune in (truth vs Matrix), and
DROP OUT of the system), by filing your UCC-1 Security Agreement
and a bill-of-exchange with the Treasurer of the U.S., and a notice of 
cessation of volunteering to be collateral, i.e. refusal to be "of 
CORPORATE status". UNTIL you do that, you IN FACT have ABSOLUTELY no, 
zero, zilch, zip, nada, bupkiss, the null set of RIGHTS, including the 
lack of ANY right to complain about ANYthing done by your slavemasters, 
to you, or to anything else which stands for the principle of freedom 
(free dom-inion). As long as you continue to accept benefits from the 
facist tyrannical socialist communist CORPORATE de facto "government", 
then you have VOLUNTARILY chosen (or your "mum" chose for you, thanks 
ma), to be an ABSOLUTE slave of the Illuminati. Slaves have no rights.
You "own" nothing, because no contract is valid unless the value 
exchanged was greater than a silver dollar, (or in some cases 20 silver 
dollars), therefore ANYthing you "bought" with silver or gold you own, 
but anything "purchased" with Federal Reserve notes (which are 
valueless (and are NOT U.S.$ (look it up in THE Constitution))), does 
not form a valid contract, or pass ownership or title of that property.

Now, either stop complaining about the world around you and accept your 
slavery, or revolt against the CAUSE of ALL your problems, rather than 
the endless succession of SYMPTOMS you think are the problem, by NOW 
VOLUNTEERING to EXIT the plantation, by terminating the cestui que 
trust of your name in ALL CAPITALS. HOW to do so was in the first URL.
It ain't quick, comfortable, or easy... but this is just about our last 
chance before they "chip" us all with The Mark of The BEAST, and we 
won't be able to buy or sell without being a slave on the U.S.
