[LUAU] QEMU

We will try to install and play with QEMU (with accelerator) either this 
or next Saturday.  Thomas Chung has provided a screenshot of running 
Win2K in FC3 with QEMU:

QEMU used to be very slow; but with the accelerator, it can achieve 
"almost the native speed".  If it works as reported, this can be a quite
