[LUAU] Is this thing on?

I agree about the bitch session tendency...I've been on the Networld+Interop
NOC team now for 10 years and every "post mortem" has had a tendency to
digress rapidly....over the years we've always start off with "what worked"
to get folks away from the blue funk tendency and then give each person one
"constructive criticism" that gets added to a list BEFORE the group
discusses the entire list. While this sounds kinda draconic...it prevents
soapboxing which will drag the entire group down.

What we've used in the past is this:
- It should be a constructive criticism and not just a bitch.
    - each criticism should NEVER be directed at a person, that only gets
personal
    - each criticism should also avoid detailed fixes, but more broad
strokes
- The group should also avoid getting lost in the nitty gritty, but
concentrate on broad strokes.

This plan has worked for groups up to 80 in size for N+I...while not
perfect, it has been working well for us.
