You just need a source encoding host to multicast the video.  The source
host needs to be on a multicast enabled network and you must have a
multicast routable path from the source to any intended receivers.

Otherwise you'll need a server to do multicast to unicast translation
for viewers who don't have multicast connectivity.  And that is
potentially a lot of bandwidth.

Only UH, LavaNet, and HOL currently have some form of multicast
connectivity in this state as far as I know.  There may be others but
their subnets don't show up in the MSDP cache tables.
