[LUAU] Handling SSH breakin attempts

A few weeks ago Clifton and Tim did some unreal python scripting that 
assessed and dropped ssh brute force break-in attempts.  Watching PUG, 
the Python Users Group, at work, was impressive.  Along those lines, I 
just learned of a very nice tool at Sourceforge

fail2ban.sourceforge.net

that can be easily customized to create a drop rule after X amount of 
break-in attempts.
