Let me please take a moment of your time to remind you that HOSEF,

will be having its monthly Organizational Meeting today at the McKinley 
Community School for Adults.  Directions can be found at the website.

Today's agenda includes

- a summary of affairs by the officers present
- discussion on the status of contributions and pending projects
- discussion of the pending move of HOSEF to a new server
- discussion and vote on the public status of our hosef-managers 
mailing list
- discussion and possible vote on an Amendment to create Directors at 
Large as modeled by the HMAUS
- possible nomination and voting on Directors at Large
- whatever issues or questions attendees have

HOSEF is a 501(c)(3), volunteer-driven, charitable organization devoted 
to promoting and sustaining Hawaii's Open Source Community.  Your
