While I cannot speak for 7.3, 7.2 did not ship with Postifx nor is it an 
"official" offering with this version.  I have just tried to apt-get install 
it on a 7.2 rhat box, but it is not available via freshrpms.  

On a rhat 8.0 box, the command rpm -qi yields the following:
