What is the purpose behind this ? Security recording?   ...We have been
working with Linux based DVR's for quite a while now.. and are running over
80 cameras in 12 locations with centralized monitoring... If you want to get
together and see what's happening here...

At the above website you will find a digital video recorder using
embedded Linux.
I am currently trying to convince my boss that this is better than the
Windows based DVR here http://www.meritlilin.com/products/zip/1600.pdf

Since the Linux version is $1500 more I need some extra ammo to convince
him other than the obvious ones like virus immunity and system
stability.  My only concern is being able to update the OS though the
Linux is on a 64MB flash ROM.  Any suggestions?
