HOSEF announce mailing list has been created while the old MPLUG
announce mailing list has been closed.  All 25 existing subscribers have
been moved to the new list.

I would encourage everyone to subscribe to the new hosef-announce list
in order to receive announcements of HOSEF events separate from the LUAU
discussion list.  There will be more frequent announcements of HOSEF and
related Open Source events coming in the near future.
