If some of the elements were editted/written in Dreamweaver, it
still has to be uploaded/imported into Plone.

Most of the sites using a CMS that I encountered make it plainly
obvious to what CMS is being used because the framework is too
rigid.

This to me, is a testimony to Plone's flexibility.
