This installation was done from the minimal iso.  Within the non-us section 
of optional libraries, I found kdelib3-crypto and kdebase-crypto.  Obvious 
once found.  If you install debian from floppy or iso, this is something to 
keep an eye out for.  Secure packages are in the non-us sections.
