[luau] Have a drink at the Elks?

While I am supporting of the idea of gathering to discuss business
ideas over a couple of drinks, I don't think the Elks would be the
ideal place.  

Could we instead choose a more 'neutral' establishment?  How about an
Irish pub or Anna Bananas?
