Suppose I have compiled a new kernel image, bzImage, in one system. Now I want to use in another essentially identical system. The things that I need to do should include: copy the kernel image (to /boot) copy System.map (also to /boot) edit the /boot/grub/menu.lst file (or /etc/grub.conf in Red Hat) Are these all? How about modules?
