Yeah, that's what is great about where I work and the contract I'm on.  I can 
work on open source projects on contract time (of course only related open 
source projects).  I work on stxx at work as the improvement of it saves me 
tons of work letting me concentrate on the problem at hand.  It is this type 
of situation I think open source really excels.

Yeah, that's why I'd throw out the question just for the hell of it.  I 
couldn't really see what you'd do as a group, but it would be pretty cool to 
find out somone who hacks the same project you do lives near by.
