[luau] Policy Discussion

I agree you were too harsh on Edward,but you are the most active poster
on this list and your stuff is always informative and focused,and I'm 
sure like myself most appriciate your effort and professionalism.
But it only enhances the cause of open sourse and Linux to entertain
post like that in question.
I filter the list to a seperate inbox by the "[luau]" header,could it be
possible to create a "[luau:Off-topic] header to catch anything like
Edwards post.He did take the time to seek out the list and sign on,folks
could be made aware at sign up that if they questioned the material of 
their post they should sent it to Off-topic where all sins are forgiven.
Hard core could always filter the off-topic to the bit bucket.
Just a thought;I personally didn't mind the post,and when I saw it three
times I realized why he wasn't playing with GIMP himself.
But since you asked,I would leave things as they are,with the possible
change of a loose policy statement that people would be taken to before 
they were allowed to sign up.TKX
