[luau] CVS setup question

Aloha,

	I'm thinking of trying CVS instead of RCS for manaigng some source files.  
I've tried to setup CVS, but so far I can only get it to work as 'root' and 
that doesn't seem right.  It seems I should be able to create a group such as 
'cvsusers' set up the CVS directories etc and then add users to the cvsusers 
group.  However, when I try this, I can't add files to CVS unless I am root, 
cvsusers doesn't work.  Any ideas?
