[luau] connecting tape drive to RH 7.2, 7.3, 8.0

SCSI or ATAPI IDE?

SCSI use the scsi_tape module and access from /dev/st0

IDE use the ide_tape module and access from /dev/ht0

They're just character devices...you can use them with tar's "f" option 
to make tar files on the tape.
