[luau] Re:Screen Resolution in Red Hot?

I have my Red 7.3 drive in now and it doesn't have the permissions problem with
the /home/user, but how do I get the display to go into and lock into 1024 x
768?  The screen definitely doesn't look as good as Drake 8.2.  I'm surprised I
can't find a control panel for the display in Red-hot 7.3
