I don't think this is a win modem.

Linux uses ppp and some other files to connect to dail up
and unless somebody has gone over this with a stand alone
box or lap top using a PCIMCI card I'm going to have to
figure it out for myself. I normally have dailers only on
router/firewall boxes. Like LRP or Freesco and I already
have the LAptop running on the network. I just want the ppp
setup for a standalone if anyone has done it before.
