If it needs drivers, it's a winmodem. Most likely, if there are any
form of drivers for *NIX, it's only in the form of binary kernel modules
(exception being the MWAVE on IBM laptops, which are opensource).
Unless FreeBSD can load linux kernel modules, you're probably out of luck.
