[luau] SuSE 7.3 Sparc64 imap and webmail problem

Installing tcpd worked!  You would think SuSE would require it if inetd
doesn't work without it?!?!  Squirrelmail is up and running!!!!!  Now I get
to fight the MySQL and phpGroupWare battle.
