Hi Bob.
When replying to messages, please only keep the relevant portions in your
mail.  This is especially true when you use message digests.  There are
a couple reasons.

1) People don't like to have to scroll through 5 pages of stuff they've 
already
    read.
2) Resending that stuff consumes a lot of bandwidth and server time.

If you have specific things to say, then them inline with the message you
are replying to  (one line quoted, one answer, one line quoted).  

If you a replying to the statements in general, cut out the other messages
from the digest and just have the one you are replying, too.
