[luau] Senate Getting Badly Needed E-Mail Update, but it's MS

Wouldn't it be tremendous validation if the state mail system, which i
believe also runs on Lotus notes, switched over to a real MTA like qmail?
I've heard stories that the current state mail servers cannot handle mesgs
greater than 1MB in size.
If Hotmail and Yahoo! use qmail, shouldn't it be good enough for us?
