[luau] PHP Security Advisory: Vulnerability in PHP versions 4.2.0 and 4.2.1

Attached is the official PHP.net security advisory.  This vulnerability
affects only 4.2.0 and 4.2.1 so it appears that Red Hat and Mandrake
official packages are safe from this particular hole.

If you run other distributions like Red Hat Limbo beta or manually
installed PHP, please check your PHP version and upgrade accordingly in
order to protect yourself.
