Are you going to put drops or just cable hanging with connectors? For drops, 
just match the color and punch them down. You should follow EIA/TIA 568A or 
568B for crapping the connectors, Just pick one for your network, just 
remember A-A or B-B is straight, A-B is cross-over.  I think you already know 
the pin-out from the lab installation right?
