M$ may not be the brightest bulb,but we have seen the way Gates
turned the organization around when he finally grasped the real
threat from Netscape.Peru,Germany,Finland,and Tiwan...don't take much
to spot a trend...so M$ gives China 750mil.I can only imagine the
overatures Redmond made to get this guy to come visit.
The Evil Empire practices damage control.With 40bil in the war chest,
M$ can afford to give away Winblows for a while.
