[luau] Mouse and touchpad on laptop

I've always had problems trying to get linksys/netgear nic cards to work
with linux.  I decided to spend a little more and started using intel/3com
cards which works with any linux distro that I've tried using so far.
You may have to listen to Warren and upgrade to 7.3.  I'm using 7.3 on my
laptop right now and it runs great!
